Bruno Pelletier

Even though I had heard Belle before seeing Notre Dame de Paris and I loved it, Bruno is the one who really got me hooked on the show with his voice and his performance! I just couldn't stop watching! I think he's an amazing singer and actor! And very handsome, too!

Personally, I love his music. I think it's powerful and sweet at the same time, rebellious on some occasions and like a lullaby on others, and it makes me feel so much!!
His acting is amazing too! He's great as Gringoire, but it was his Dracula what made me realize just how awesome he is, because you couldn't see the adorable Bruno Pelletier, it was just power and dark and sexy! Even his voice was very different!

What do you think?

Am I the only one who's obsessed with his hands? The way they move, oh my.

oh, I really like him. His voice is unbelievable and it's such a pity that it's not well known and famous.
He's handsome with any haircut - as for me he's the cutest with the short haircut

And I like the way he moves in the NDDP, especially at Le val d'amour

Oh do not get me started on how he moves. I don't know, that's one of the ways that I fall in love with people, the way they move. And his little gestures are easily some of the best parts of my LIFE.

I'm still a little weirded out by Le Val d'Amour only because I shouldn't enjoy a song about a brothel that much. Especially such a cheap one. But then Bruno's singing it and I just go "Okay. Great! Let's all go there!"

It seems that us Catalans already go Le Val d'Amour usually and spend all our money there, so we might as well enjoy it!

Yeah, I always kind of feel sad that Gringoire wasn't included in Belle. I mean, I totally understand, but still... A Quasi/Gringoire song talking about Esmeralda would be absolutely beautiful! And since Gringoire seems to worry (that's not exactlly the word I'm looking for, but I hope you'll know what I mean?) a lot about Quasimodo, it would be nice to have them sing together!

Editing to say that describing the cathedral would also be amazing! In the book, Gringoire seems to appreciate architecture very much! And Quasimodo loves the cathedral so much! <3

In the book Grengoire was such a jerk.But, anyway, the idea is nice, and all the acquaintances of Grengoire are related with the Cathedral

Yeah, but it's not the same!! I'd love to see just the two of them... as in something on the lines of "Dieu que le monde est injuste", as in Gringoire setting the scene and talking a bit about Quasimodo, then Quasimodo singing for Esmeralda and Gringoire watching from a distance and then both...! Ah! A girl can dream, right? (maybe we should be having this conversation on a Gringoire topic hahah)

Aw, poor Gringoire! I actually love him in the book, though it's possible that the fact that I imagine him as Bruno could helping. The poor, awkward, zoophilyc poet! XD

Hahaha really, it's kind of stupid. I understand that book!Gringoire is kind of a comic relief, but I find myself wishing Hugo had taken him a bit more seriously... :/

I love Bruno! I really think he's the only original cast member who is both a phenomenal actor and a phenomenal singer. His voice is so powerful and seems to come out with so little effort on his part. He's just like "Yeah lemme casually blare the roof off this ampitheatre, no big" and the way he's constantly in character, acting and reacting to the situations. He doesn't seem to be putting on a show or broadcasting, he's just living.

Well, I don't think he's the only one in the Original production that is a great actor and singer, but yeah, his performance seems almost real and effortless! And don't even get me started on his voice, hnng!

I really enjoyed the "Miserere" and "Microphonium" albums, they're both amazing!! Check the Bruno Pelletier tag on Tumblr and they should be there. If you don't find them send me a PM and I'll point you in the right direction (I'm not sure if we're allowed to post that kind of stuff out of the Multimedia area, you know?)!

Also, there's the musical Dracula entre l'amour et la mort. He's just amazing there. Like, seriously, that's where I realized just how amazing he is as an actor!
